Weight Consult

How Does The Weight Management Program Work?

Our Weight Management Program is designed to support you with a personalised and holistic approach to your health and wellness goals. We begin with an initial consultation to better understand your lifestyle, medical history, and goals, then we discuss metabolic and weight assessments using our testing lab and bloods then we create together a plan for treatments, guidance with ongoing support, and regular check-ins to help you stay on track throughout your journey.

Can The Program Help Improve Metabolism?

Yes. This can happen through a combination of balanced nutrition, reverse dieting if in metabolic adaptation , optimising  physical activity, improved sleep, hydration, stress management, and ongoing professional support.

For example, improving eating habits and maintaining regular meal patterns can help your body use energy more efficiently, while increasing muscle mass through resistance training may naturally support a higher metabolic rate. Better sleep and stress control can improve your circadian rhythm and restore hormonal balance.

Peptide Therapy

How Long Does Peptide Therapy Take To Work?

The timeframe for seeing results from Peptide Therapy can vary from person to person depending on the type of peptide used, your individual health goals, lifestyle, and how your body responds to treatment. Some people may begin noticing changes in areas such as energy, sleep, recovery, or appetite within a few weeks, while other results may take longer to develop.

IV Infusion

What Is IV Therapy?

IV Therapy is when fluids, vitamins, and nutrients are delivered directly into the bloodstream through a small intravenous drip.

What Are Its Benefits?

IV Therapy can support a range of wellness benefits depending on your individual needs and the type of infusion used. Common benefits include improved hydration, increased energy levels, enhanced recovery after exercise or illness, immune system support, and better nutrient absorption compared to oral supplements. Many people also use IV Therapy to help reduce fatigue, support mental clarity, and promote overall wellbeing.

How Long Does It Take To Administer An IV Infusion?

It typically takes around 30 to 120 minutes to administer depending on the type of drip, although some treatments may be slightly shorter or longer based on how your body responds during the session.

We will also always allow time before and after your infusion to ensure you’re comfortable and properly assessed.

VO2 Max & Fitness Testing

What Is VO2 Max Testing?

VO₂ max testing is a fitness assessment that measures how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise. It shows the maximum amount of oxygen your body can take in and use while you’re working at your hardest effort, which is a key indicator of cardiovascular fitness and overall endurance and is currently one of the best biomarkers for longevity assessment.

What Will It Tell Me?

Your VO₂ max test results will give you a clear picture of your current cardiovascular fitness and how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise. They can show your overall aerobic capacity, endurance level, and how your fitness compares to general health and performance benchmarks.

It will also show how your body uses different substrates for energy.

You will be provided with a report after.

Body Composition

What Is Body Composition?

Body composition refers to what your body is made up of, including the proportion of fat mass, muscle mass, bone density, and water. Unlike weight alone, it gives a more detailed picture of your overall health and fitness.

Why Is Body Composition Better Than BMI?

Body composition is often considered more useful than BMI because it gives a more detailed and accurate picture of your health. While BMI only looks at your height and weight, it doesn’t distinguish between fat, muscle, or water in the body, which can sometimes effect misleading results. Body composition analysis shows the actual breakdown of these components, helping you understand how much of your weight is muscle versus fat and how your body is changing over time.

How Often Should I Do Testing?

How often you should do body composition testing depends on your individual goals, but most people benefit from testing every 4 to 8 weeks. This allows enough time for meaningful changes in fat loss, muscle gain, or overall body composition to occur, while keeping you motivated and on track.

We can help you decide on the best testing schedule based on your program, so you can clearly track progress and make adjustments to your plan as needed.

Can It Help With Weight Loss / Muscle Gain?

Yes. Body composition testing can be very helpful for both weight loss and muscle gain because it shows what’s changing within your body, not just the number on the scale. It can help track reductions in body fat, increases in muscle mass, and overall progress more accurately over time.
